Two round of 5 classes will be considered a complete pull.
Sponsor should have personnel at track 1 hour prior to starting time.
Sponsor will supply 1 person to hook sled to tractor and rake at starting line area and 1 person to rake at finish area of track.
Power must be available at track
PA system must be supplied
Adequate lighting of entire track area
Pull back tractor for the sled.
Sponsor will retain all admission fees and concession money.
Sponsor will allow one person per tractor in free (show member card)
Sponsor will have at least one person at gate to collect admission.
TRACK LAYOUT
Overall track length: 185 to 200 feet
Track pulling length: At least 150 feet
Track pulling width:: At least 12 feet or wider
Track should have a 10' safety lane between track and spectators
Track pulling surface should extend at least 10' beyond finish line
Track should have sufficient distance before starting line for pull back tractor and sled (25 to 30 feet)
Track must be a hard packed surface, preferably clay and should be moist but not wet (no dust), If track is sandy, some means of leveling * packing track should be available.
Good lighting is a must for safety
